Buyer asking for a partial return to his PayPal account?
I think this buyer is scamming me on a high priced item . I clearly maked item as used and working. It's a technical item and needs calibrated but, it works. Now, buyer is asking for 1/2 of what I got paid which makes it more than I would make on item in this sale. And to refund him directly to his PayPal means I pay taxes and charges on more than I made as well. I have a no return policy clearly stated on listing and item does work. So what do I do now?
