Buyer asked to cancel order immediately

My buyer immediately asked to cancel an order because they â€œbid too muchâ€-the actual reason was â€œfound item for less moneyâ€ immediately at close of auction. I agreed because I didnâ€™t want issues but how does eBay allow this and why could I have not offered it to the next highest bidder? How have others handled similar situations? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @alicats64

I'm sorry that happened. You are able to send a Second Chance Offer when there are bidders who allow SCO's. You would see the Usernames of all bidders who have signed up to receive SCO's.
