Buyer asked to cancel order

Question

A buyer asked to cancel the order and I did but it took the refund out of my bank account and Ebay had not sent the payout yet. How do I get that money back and have ebay refund the money since it had not been paid out yet?

And How do you actually get to talk to someone at ebay

It's the normal process (though frustrating) for the refund to come from your credit card/bank account.

Now that that has happened, eBay will finish processing the buyer's money and you'll get a payout of that money to make you whole.

6) Click â€œHave Us Call Youâ€ (or "Chat with an Agent")
