Buyer asked to cancel an order

Hi

The buyer contacted me and asked to cancel an order which I am OK to do. When I go to cancel the order it says I need to provide additional payment. I think because I purchased shipping and insurance. How do i get around this since I assume the shipping/insurance charge will eb refunded back to my account at some point?

When you cancel a transaction you have to front the refund until the buyer's funds clear, at which time your account will be credited for that amount. So you will need to add a payment method to accommodate this.
