Buyer sent a request that the package be sent to another address - can the buyer change the shipping address?

As a seller, you are required to ship to the address provided by Ebay in order to keep your seller protection.

If you have verified that this was your actual buyer that made the request, you can tell them you are required to ship to their Ebay shipping address and if they want you to cancel the transaction in order that they can repurchase the item, using the correct shipping address when they go through the Ebay checkout page.
