buyer asked me to return the item after I shipped it

So a buyer sends me an email after I've shipped the item and wants to cancel the order because he found something cheaper and I said no ....I said

I said it was too late he had two days to make his mind up but then he says he decided to send the item back anyhow do I have to refund his money ; all my sales are final.

Since the buyer does not have a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to file a Return Request, you are NOT required to approve the return nor refund the buyer.
