Buyer asked me to delay shipping for 8 days
I always ship stuff within 24 hours. I know if I take too long it messes up my seller rating.
My buyer purchased an item today and asked me to ship it next week. What do I do?

If the Buyer has already paid, let them know that eBay requires that you ship within the time stated in this listing or your account will receive a defect and ask them if they would like to cancel. If you do not hear back from them in time to ship, I would go ahead and ship. If they ask to cancel, cancel due to Buyer request.
If you receive a negative or neutral feedback due to declining their request, go to the Feedback Removal Request form and ask eBay to remove it.
They are asking you to do something that was not in the listing, after you paid.
Do not cancel on your own unless they ask to cancel.
