Buyer asked me to delay shipping and now I have a ding on my shipping feedback
The buyer asked me to delay shipping an item due to the fact they were away. I now have a less than 100% shipping on time rating from ebay. I have tried to appeal this but cannot find where to do this. (don't tell me Seller help-Request Assistance, because I don't have the request assistance option under seller help)
Thank you, hoping someone can help me, as I don't find the ebay site very user friendly.

According to that page, delaying shipping because the buyer asked you to is not grounds for appeal.
