buyer asked for refund
Help!!
During Christmas holidays I was slow in mailing item.
I contacted buyer with day I would be mailing and i did mail that day.
I contacted Ebay for a review and they upheld the refund.
A request was made to refund. Ebay refunded money to buyer.
Now I see buyer made comment that is has arrived in good condition and packaging
How so I get the money for the item?
Ebay is nothing but emails and I am getting nowhere???
