buyer asked for credit
I shipped mens shoes to a buyer, he said shoes were received without shoe strings. I'm sure they were with shoes when shipped, but he is asking for a $9 credit. How do I give him a credit through ebay?

Mentor8 months ago@je-217516. Go to the sold listing and select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item. Select reason... other then carefully enter the amount you wish to refund.
