Buyer already paid for a shipping label and USPS won’t ship lithium batteries Priority
I had a buyer purchase a drone with lithium batteries and they selected Priority Shipping as their shipping method. After creating a label and taking the item to the post office I told them it contained lithium batteries and they said lithium batteries could only be shipped ground. Any help on how to go about getting my buyers shipping money back and creating a new label?

Mentor2 years agoYou offered priority - the buyer can only select from what you offer. So be careful on your shipping selections.
Void the label, then buy a new one. Be sure to message the buyer and explain the change To slower shipping, and that you will refund the difference to ground shipping. Then follow through with the refund.
