I bought an New with Tags Arctery'x jacket in October. The buyer just reached out on eBay telling me that she learned her items were counterfeit and offered a refund upon me sending the item back. How can I do this through eBay to keep myself from blinding sending a jacket back without any help if she receives it and nothing else happens? I cant reach a live agent, and the eBay help bot will only help with purchases over the last 90 days.
