Buyer admits he didnt read my description stating item does work and now wants to return it
In my product description I clearly stated that I dont think it works so I can't guarantee it does. Buyer admits he did not read my description and now wants to return it because it doesn't work properly. I dont do returns but in this case I told the buyer I would take it back but he doesn't want to pay for any shipping costs.
What recourse do I have? Thanks

Mentor8 months agoIf the buyer stated "Not working" in their Return Request, you will be required to approve the request and provide the prepaid return shipping label so the buyer can return it for a refund.

OP8 months agoSorry my title is incorrect.
It should be titled:
"Buyer admits he didnt read my description stating item does NOT work and now wants to return it"
Why should I be responsible because of the buyer's negligence for not reading my product description before electing to purchase it
Sorry for the leaving out the key word "NOT"
