Buyer admits and sends pictures of a smashed product (that he smashed) but still gets refund?
I sold an auction for 330g of gold ore. I sent a package if 3lbs and upon receiving the buyer said there's no visible gold in this . The auction was listed in collectibles as a specimen not for gold recovery and never said that there was visible gold. However I sent another package of 3 lbs. Then the buyer completely smashed all my product to refine it and wasn't happy with the 6 lbs that he received and started threatening me. So I reported him and even though it said no refunds eBay is still refunding his money even though the product is completely obliterated how is that fair?
