Buyer Address Not Available – Unable to Ship Order
Hello eBay Support,
I am contacting you regarding this order because I was unable to ship the item. The buyer’s shipping address was not visible in the order details, seller hub, or shipping label section.
I checked multiple times, but no valid shipping address appeared anywhere. Because of this issue, I could not safely ship the order. I also contacted the buyer and informed them about the missing address problem.
The buyer has now opened a dispute against me, even though I was unable to complete shipment due to the missing address information.
I kindly request that you review the case and the order details. I can also provide screenshots showing that the shipping address was unavailable.
