buyer address is vacant and pkg was returned to me(seller)
I recently sold an item. Buyer gave me a new address which I sent it to.
After I shipped, the buyer said that address is also wrong.
USPS sent it back to me saying address is vacant.
Now buyer gave me a new address and wants me to ship it there.
He says he will pay for shipping.
How do I create a new label and invoice for shipping through eBay?

Cancel the transaction and the buyer can re-purchase the item using the correct shipping address.
Always ship to the address provided by Ebay with the payment notification, not provided in a message from the buyer.
