buyer address change after purchase
The buyer wants to change the delivery address after an item has been purchased. I do understand how to change the address. But my question is, am I responsible I use the address change requested by the buyer thru messaging?

You are required to ship to the address provided by Ebay with the notification of payment.
If you have verified that it is actually your buyer that sent the message, you can tell them you are required to ship to the address they provided at the time of payment. They can request that you cancel the transaction so that you can relist so they can repurchase the item using the correct shipping address when they pay.
