Buyer acknowledges receipt of item USPS says delivered but eBay tracking says nothing HELP!
I do not know what to do. Buyer has the item. Buyer sent me messages confirming such. USPS says item delivered. I followed instructions after shipping and put it into the eBay system. eBay however disagrees and says no data available. My funds are on hold until this is resolved. After buyer submits positive feedback there isnt anyone to even notify. There also isnt anyone to contact with what USPS said or the buyer said. Please advise

Mentor5 months agoGo to the Paid & shipped transaction. Click on the tracking number to be taken to the website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking. That usually will send updated info to ebay.

Mentor5 months agoEbay relies on whatever the tracking information indicates. If tracking does not indicate that the item was delivered to the buyer's shipping address, they might hold the payout for up to 30 days.

I was afraid that was the case. The buyer posted a review including that they received the item and were happy. Does that help the hold situation in any way?
