Buyer accusing me of giving her a phony tracking number
telling her that I could not find her tankini top, and that I only found the tankini when learning that she contacted ebay ! The woman called me a terrible seller and warned others of buying from me in the future. First of all, I made an honest mistake , I thought that I had shipped out the item but apparently I generated the shipping label but somehow did not get the top mailed out. I have never had any thing like this happen in the past. I bent over backwards for this woman and she flat lied about me and then failed to mention what kind of deal that she got on a 50 dollar tankini top which she paid 10 bucks for she even low balled me wanting it for just 7 dollars which I did not accept. Anyways the woman is bashing me for no reason other than she is a liar and is a trouble maker. I have been selling for years and had 100 % feedback until her. What can I do?

I know it's upsetting and that you may have had good intentions, but that is not how the buyer viewed the experience.
Where did she lie in the feedback she left (other than perhaps using the word "fake" instead of invalid or incorrect tracking number which might have been a better choice of words)? This was how the buyer viewed the experience. I don't see this is bashing you for no reason - you did make errors in handling her transaction...
This was a horrible seller. It took over three weeks to receive item. I was given a fake tracking number to start with. Then seller said she lost item. Then finally found and sent it after I ask eBay for help. I have never left negative feedback before but this was extremely unprofessional. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!!!
You can leave a reply to the feedback, but make it professional and don't blame your buyer. Use your own words, but perhaps something along the lines of... I did make an honest mistake, believing the item had been sent. When I received notification of a problem from the buyer, I rectified it to the best of my ability by shipping immediately.
