Buyer accidently picked local pick up but now needs it shipped

Hi, A buyer bought an item from me and somehow selected Local Pick Up, but they live out of town and needs to have it shipped. They paid for the item as Local Pick Up. Is there a way to change this to a shipped purchase?

If they paid the path of least resistance is to message them and explain that in order offer shipping they need to request a cancellation so you can Relist it and they can select the shipped option when they purchase it again.

You can then cancel using the reason Buyer requested to avoid a strike on your account.
