Buyer accidentally chose local pickup
Hello. Thanks for your help. My buyer accidentally chose local pickup and now would like me to ship to her, but she hasn't paid shipping. Is there a way for me or for her to switch the order to shipping, and add the cost to her order? Thanks!

Mentor2 years agoIf she has not paid for the purchase yet, click on Send Invoice and add a shipping option for her to select.
If she has already paid, your option is either to send a PayPal invoice to cover the shipping, or cancel the transaction and relist for her to purchase again.
