Buyer accepted an offer to buy my item but I can't see it on my end
I received a message from a potential buyer today that they wanted to accept my offer to purchase an item but it didn't register on my side. I could see it on my dashboard that they tried but the offer acceptance never came through so I could complete the sale and accept on my end. Any advice?
