Buyer accepted an offer but ended up paying full price?
A buyer offered me a price, and I counter offered. nothing seemed to happened, and then much later I got a sale for the full price. I didn't pay attention to who bought it vs who originally sent in an offer, turns out it's the same person. I accepted the sale and shipped it out yesterday. I get a message today asking why I charged full price. I even had a message from ebay saying that the counter offer expired.
I could just simply refund him the difference, but there's tax and ebay's fees involved. Do I do anything? Or does the buyer have to request something?
