buyer abusing return policy. damaged item to get free return shipping and refund
I had a buyer that damaged an item, blamed me for sending it damaged, when clearly from my pictures you can see that the item wasn't damaged. I can not find a number to call and get a live person to review this false INAD claim

-Here is a link to your Seller Protections ... some may apply: Seller protections | eBay
-Use the Report Buyer link on the Sold item, there is a choice to select that that Buyer is making a false claim
-If you decline the return there is a good chance the Buyer will have eBay step in and close the claim in their favor and you will be forced to refund them in full.
-Calling eBay will most likely not have them decide in your favor but here is how to do that, request a call back over on the left of this page: eBay Customer Service
-Neither Seller nor eBay has any control over the honesty or dishonest a Buyer involved in a transaction.
