Mentor8 months ago@catguarsal 30 days from the date of delivery for most items. Then the case can stay open for up to 35 days before it closes in your favor if the buyer doesn't follow through with the return.
Keep in mind that depending on the reason for the return the buyer can also file a credit card charge back which could cost you $20 plus the refund. Credit card companies have different time lines for cases for items that are significantly not as described or not received.
