Buyer 1st response for "item not as described "
I opened the item and it's not as described. He immediately messaged me back saying to file a complaint though eBay.
What now?
I did start the return process having to send him/her photos of the item.
Just wishing there was a contact eBay letting them know his responce

Mentor3 years agoIf he does not accept the return and send a return shipping label within 3 business days, go to your return and click ‘ask us to step in’.
His response was correct, although it sounds like it could have been worded more politely.
