Buyer “mistakenly “ bid and won an item- refund?
Hello,
I listed an item for a 7 day auction, the winner made over 6 bids on the item, the last one 6 hours before the auction ending. Now that they won, they wrote me multiple times asking for me to cancel the order please because he mistakenly bid on the item. I believe that I DON’T HAVE to cancel it, I should be able to send it anyways.
what are your thoughts. Thank you.

·2 years agoYou don’t HAVE to cancel, but it’s generally the best idea. If you don’t, the buyer could receive it and open an item not as described case to force you to have to pay return shipping. Plus if they get ticked off about it, they might decide to leave negative feedback. Your feedback score is kinda low (meaning you don’t have very many yet), so it would be tough for you to survive a negative feedback right now.
