Buyer’s Returning fraud tracking number.
Hi there! Does anyone know how to deal with an issue of fraud tracking number. I had a returned case from a buyer. Later on they gave a tracking number which later on claimed to delivered to the same zip code as my address (USPS, eBay delivery platform show only zip code). I thought it could be a problem with delivery, I went to my local USPS post office asked a manager to help me find out the issue. He came with few pieces of hard copies showing that the tracking number was delivered to a completely different addresses in the same zip code. I made an appeal the refund made by eBay to eBay customer service, but said the return package was delivered. I told them, I had evidence the details of the tracking number, sent them twice of the documents through email. The only one reply from them was a link to find a lost package, to file a claim with USPS. The returning tracking number wasn’t mine how come eBay asked me to deal with USPS while I gave the USPS clear evidence of the tracking number they never care to look. I shoot them some other emails gave the evidence and ask for review the case but never hear anything for a couple months now. The tracking of the return case documents I got from the manager they contains very detailed about the origin place of shipping and destination of the tracking. The documents also telling what size of the package, time to delivery to other address. The unusual was, I sold an iPhone and shipped to Massachusetts address where the returned address came from San Francisco. It is feasting to me that even I gave the evidence through customer service emails a couple times and doesn’t hear anything. It makes me so sad about eBay’s decision which refund the fraudulent buyer while doesn’t care about my lost. Never checked my evidence that I found out from my local USPS manager which showed the tracking was a clear fraud. What an injustice world of eBay! Please help!
