hello
buyer decided to return five items after I wrote a negative review feedback . my question is - can I send him a combined shipping label . if yes, how to do it?

The feedback you left violates eBay policy. Sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback comments for a buyer.
Since eBay has already refunded from your account when you did not provide a return label(s) within the deadline, the buyer has no obligation to return the items now.
