buye refunded payment because error with team mate and seller (self) result buy has money and items

error was made by self on computer and in effort to correct confusion occurred with Team Mate and money received by ebay refunded. buy has items and would like to send me check for items but I do not know how to contact buyer to tell her I have not yet received money.

If you refunded the buyer, there's not much you can do.

Go to the Sold item. Click the down-arrow, click CONTACT BUYER to send a message to the buyer.
