PayPal has a new arrangement to print labels through ShipStation.
If you log into your personal PayPal account, click the Gear icon at the top right to open account settings. Then select "Seller Tools". Scroll to the bottom of the page to select "Shipping Preferences". That should open a portal to log into ShipStation with your PayPal account to allow label costs to be pulled from PayPal. However, I don't find a way to print a label without an invoice.
On my PayPal business account, I can follow the instructions here to print a label without an invoice:

Another option is to open a free account at USPS "Click-n-ship", and pay with a credit card.

Mentor3 years agoEBay doesn't have a way to ship an item that has not been purchased. PayPal used to but the link doesn't work anymore.
