Buy & Ship LLC Portland SCAMMERS
 
 So I’ve sold twice now very recently to 2 separate buyers both from overseas (Hong Kong and Philippines). Both used a company called Buy & Ship LLC on Airport Road in Portland, Oregon. BOTH buyers I’ve had issues with. One claims the item wasn’t received and requested a refund. I tried calling the 2 numbers associated with the business and both were personal cell phone lines with no voicemail set up. Buyer closed the case after 7 days and me stating the business has been shut down since 2020 and I’d be contacting Portland Police for internet fraud and theft. Business was filed for dissolution by the state twice in 2017 and 2020. Registered under a Dominic Cheung as the sold person attached. No US based website and no contact number besides what would appear to be burner cell lines. Second buyer after item shows delivered February 21st reversed charges on it today not 10-20 minutes after the other buyer I shipped items to the same address for closed that case. Very similar feedbacks, about 1/3 fake positive saying didn’t pay, no communication, etc. some even thrown in for this same scam. More just a heads up for other sellers DO NOT SELL OR SHIP TO ANYONE USING BUY & SHIP LLC OUT OF PORTLAND. It’s 100 percent a scam to get the item for free after being refunded.
