Buy request to cancel order after I marked shipped
The order was marked shipped because I already printed label. For some reason as soon as I print label it always is marked shipped. Customer attempted to cancel order and I read info after printing. I have new address he wants how do I get this corrected through eBay with right label? Is this not an option? Am I going to have to tell my customer his package is going to the wrong address sorry it’s eBay’s process? Why can’t I talk to anyone live at eBay?

Mentor3 years agoCancel the transaction from the drop down menu next to the item for "buyer request" and relist it for them to purchase with the correct address.
