I am not a member of EBAY. I do not have an EBAY account. I am interested in buying something on EBAY as a guest. I cannot seem to find the correct information to but what I am interested in. Can you help me please??

OP1 year agoI need step by step, specific instructions to buy on ebay. I have looked at the item I want to buy numerous times in the past few days and now I find that the price has risen $18.00 which I don't like. Now, I want to get him down to the original price when I originally saw it. I need step by step specific instructions to do that also.

OP1 year agoSeems like a lot of work. I am not an Online buyer, so I am not familiar.
Too bad there is no customer service phone # to get an immediate answer to my specific question.
I have lost interest. If I see what I wanted to buy again on the internet I may regain interest.
