Buy it now seller doesn't complete sale
I'm so over people listing items for sale at a buy it now price and never shipping the item. I get a refund about the time thd item is supposed to be delivered and that's it. As if getting my own money back makes up for the complete waste of time. Does eBay actually do anything in these situations? Sometimes I get a message that the item isn't available anymore but usually there's no communication at all. Is there anything for me to do to call attention to this or should I just delete my account and find someplace more reliable to shop?
