1) Why would a Seller Counteroffer with an amount that is Not Listed?
2) Buyer was ordering 2 items of this listing which would be $144.00.
3) Buyer mentioned in memo that he currently has this item which he likes but cannot find to purchase anywhere. Will order more from Seller if Condition of items look very good.

It appears that eBay is taking it on itself to give offer suggestions to buyers to use when they want to make an offer. Sellers have no knowledge of this and did not authorize eBay to do this. So sellers can still counter offer any offer you may make. Most sellers pay no attention to any additional information you may make in the memo area of an offer.
