Buy It Now button is not displaying for my bidders

When I created my listing I selected "Buy It Now"; and this option is visible when I go to revise my listing (although greyed out since I am close to the bid period being over). I have a bidder who is interested in buying now or making me an offer. How can I help them to do this?

In most categories, once an auction receives a valid bid, the buy-it-now option goes away and the auction ends via bidding only.
