how would a listing that was $50 sell for 15? I received no offers or anything. But the customer was able to pay 15 for my 50 item. Probably will cancel the order but don't understand how this would happen..

Thanks for any input as contacting ebay is horrible and can't get a live person on the the to tell the answer.

BTW, if you cancel the order, you'll have to do it as OOS (out of stock) or damaged/lost and that will be a defect. It might be better to just follow through on the sale and double check to make sure you're doing what you want to do before sending offers.

Did you send out any offers? I think what you did was that you intended to give a 15% discount but instead offered a $15 price?

It did sell for $15.
