Question

I purchased an item as a guest, as I didn't have an eBay account at the time. I received an email about the account. However, when I click on "view order," it goes to an error page. I can't see the order in my newly created account, and when I search for the item number, it says it doesn't exist.

You cannot see your guest purchase while you are signed into your account. Sign out of your account, then use the link in the email, or the link on this page to see your order -
