I purchased an item on eBay that I believe to be a scam. When I purchased the seller immediately created a shipping label and did not ship. Now the seller will not respond and when I look for him it say sell is inactive and the item is longer available. Need help please!

Mentor2 years agoIf the item does not arrive and there is no tracking showing delivery, you should be able to file an "item not received" case with eBay after the last estimated delivery date.

If you receive something other than what was described, you should be able to file a "not as described" case within thirty days of receipt:
