OP1 year agoI went through all the suggested steps without a resolution to the problems.
I will abandon my present account as soon as all unfinished transactions are completed.
I still have unusable functions and my login history shows that I am doing so from somewhere else.
Not good.

You don't need to abandon your account. If you are worried about someone logging into it, then you can just change your password.

Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, try other possible solutions: leaving eBay and returning to the website, clearing cache and cookies, trying another browser, rebooting.
