Business Seller [Removed] ignoring attempts to contact them regarding purchased defective Kettle
Purchased kettle from [Removed by moderator] on Ebay a couple of months ago, item was sold as supposedly being covered with a 1 year guarantee.
Rangemaster Kettle is very defective, but Seller's response has been limited to one very brief message one week after I initially starting trying to contacting them.
I only managed to obtain this one very brief response by using their contact form for another item being sold in their shop. The Seller's one very brief response had the audacity to ask what the order number was despite this being clearly detailed in absolutely every contact attempt!
Still not heard anything further. Certainly couldn't say this is a professional Business Seller [Removed by moderator] based on my experience with them.
Any advice as don't want this happening to any other Ebay Buyer?
Completely unacceptable service from [Removed by moderator].
Definitely won't be purchasing again from this Seller [Removed by moderator], do not recommend this seller.
