Business Seller Baby Formula
How do I become a business seller so I can sell baby formula? I got to the end of the listing and it says that baby formula can only be sold by business sellers.

OP9 months agoWhen you ask if I am a registered retailer with my state, are you asking if I have an employer identification number (EIN)?

No, you don’t have to have an EIN to be a registered business.
Do you have a state retail or business permit? Every state has a little different name for it.
Do you file state sales tax returns? If so, you are registered ðŸ˜

You need to be a registered business, then upgrade your eBay account to a business. Are you a registered retailer with your state? You would need to do that before updating your eBay registration from personal to business.
