Business Rules Opted Out, but... Bulk Edit Combined shipping - no option there.
Help.
My combined shipping option, not through business rules, but rather on a listing I have created from scratch I always select the combined shipping box and add that code they recently started. This is different from business rules. I add the code (whatever this is referring to) and a lot of times I will see that when I go back into a listing for editing or whatever, it defaults that field back to "None".
The only thing I can relate this to, as of yet, is it's happening when using the bulk shipping tool to make a different type of change.
I also am unable to find where that field is in the bulk change options at all.
It's tiresome, annoying, and requires a lot of work to go into each listing to re-fix that.
Any thoughts to why this is happening beyond my theory?
Does anyone know where you can find that option for combined shipping in the bulk shipping tool?
I don't see it, but it may be hidden in some of the other sections.
Is it truly not going to allow a customer to combine items?
