Business account shows my personal name on shipping and buyer communications
I have a business account and business username, but my shipping label and messages use my personal name. How do I change this?

Mentor2 years agoDo you have your business name as primary on your account profile?
Do you operate from your home and if so, did you request it not be shown under the law?
Did you check all your addresses here?
Go to your address page and update as needed.

Note that when you create your first label after your address update you may still need to edit the Return Address on the create label page. The option is on the right side of the create label page. Click on EDIT below your "Ship from / Return to" address. Once changed it sticks till you change it again.
