Question

Hi is there any advice on how to get a sell report for my sells for the year or a tax form? This is my first full year with a business account thanks.

A) Here is a report page

Change your time period to "Custom"

Select: Jan 01, 2025-Dec 31, 2025

Right on the screen you will see the totals you need

- Sales

- Refunds

- Fees

- Shipping Labels

B) Or you can generate a specific transactions report here:

Pick the parameters

- Select the Items you want in "Transaction Type"

- Select the time period: Jan 01, 2025-Dec 31, 2025

- Click Create Report

When notified, download the CSV file which will open in Excel.

You can create a formula to total the columns

Your 1099-k for your sales will be here if you qualify for a form.

TIP: One of the things that you can deduct on taxes is refunds.

eBay has to report the total collected, including refunds. You then deduct the refunds along with other expenses on your tax return.
