can anyone tell me how I can send a bundle offer to a customer?

enable combined payments and shipping
go to Shipping Preferences and select Edit next to Allow combined payments and shipping
check the box and save (see Offering combined shipping: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/shipping-rates/offering-combined-shipping?id=4169)
have the buyer add each desired item to their cart (Qty 1 on desktop browser)
ask the buyer to click Request total from seller in their cart
if that link doesn’t appear, have them click Contact seller at the top of the cart page and request a combined invoice
send a combined invoice
in Seller Hub go to Orders > Awaiting payment (or in My eBay go to Sold)
click Send invoice for one of their items - all requested items will populate
check the boxes next to each item to include
apply your bundle discount and adjust shipping
revise each item’s price to reflect the bundle rate
update the shipping charge if needed
click Send invoice - the buyer receives one combined invoice
confirm and finalize
message the buyer with your bundle deal details and total
once they agree, send the invoice or have them purchase and issue any partial refunds for agreed discounts
