Bundle 3 listings into one for a buyer
I have a buyer whom wants to buy multiple listings. Can I create one quick listing with just the items they want? Or do they need to buy all 3 individually?

You can create 1 listing with all things.
or
You can have your buyer purchase 3 separate listings.
Either way is possible.

OP9 months agoThanks!
she asked if I can send her a link to pay, so I guess it can be a modified listing and not so elaborate, the way I always make them! 😂

Just be sure to protect yourself by listing all the details in the Item Condition and Description.

OP9 months agoThanks! I created a listing for the person and included that information.
Can I wait until the person buys it before I remove the individual listings?

OP9 months agoThanks so much again. I think that I did it ok. Here is the listing. I just want to be sure that I'm sticking with eBay rules!
I asked above but in case you didn't see it, can Ieave the individual listings up until the bundle gets paid? I'd hate to remove it until I know this bundle is completed. Thanks!

I would end the duplicate items, you can relist or sell similar later.
If you don't end them and 2 different buyers purchase, you will end up with a defect.

OP9 months agoSounds good. I'll end the others now. I didn't know if I could reinstate them if need be, or if I would have to recreate the entire listing from scratch. Thanks!

OP8 months agoThanks! I asked another question in another post, but have not gotten an answer. I have a buyer that I want to let know the outcome, but I'm not sure what to do with the situation. It's my first issue!
My listings say I don't accept returns unless the description is incorrect. The person got their item, we tested it twice before shipping, but they say that the screws are stripped and they can't open the battery compartment.
I don't know what to do. Any ideas? thanks

Mentor8 months agoI took a look at your other questions.
The buyer can open a return request and choose a Not As Described reason and you will need to accept the return *or* you can just refund without paying return postage.
If you just want to refund the buyer, you can this way
1) Go to your Sold order here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select "Send Refund" from the drop-down list to the right.
3) You will be able to select the exact amount of the refund to send.
4) Confirm the refund
-- You will NOT get your item back, but also, there will be no return case against you.
You can wait for them to open a return, and then decide whether to pay for the item to be returned, or you could refund through the case if you wished.
