I am the buyer. Seller pays for return of a large bulky item and I don’t have a box. How do I proceed?

Mentor8 months agoDon't you have the original box the seller used to ship the item to you? If you do not have it, you will need to obtain a box large enough to return the item. Check with any big box store.

Mentor8 months agoSellers are only required to pay the return shipping charges. They are not responsible for any packaging materials required for the return as far as I can see looking at the Money Back Guaranty requirements.
