Hi all, I have ordered the first time from bullseye two curtain panels (paid for 2!) and was delivered one panel today. The seller does not respond. How would you handle this?

@appen-834 . File a not as described return request. eBay can't make the seller send the missing item but they can make the seller pay return shipping and refund you 100%. Don't close the case if the seller offers to send the missing item until you receive it. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards. Here's what you need to do: Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
